We greatly value personal recommendations. To recognize and reward successful recommendations and referrals, Lizi&Tal provides a 'Referral Bonus' for recommendations that lead to a successful recruitment as follows:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply and are accepted by anyone participating in the scheme or referring potential applicants to Lizi&Tal:

All candidate referrals and proof of referral must be made in writing to Lizi&Tal before or at the time of the initial application/referral to Lizi&Tal by the person referring; referrals cannot be accepted retrospectively.
Only those referrals that result in a full-time, permanent placement of the individual being referred will qualify for the bonus.
Any potential candidate or person referred to Lizi&Tal must be placed by Lizi&Tal within 3 months of the referral date.
The person referring must obtain prior consent from the potential candidate before referring to Lizi&Tal and the individual/candidate must be aware that they are being referred to Lizi&Tal.
The bonus will be awarded to the referrer if their referral is hired by Lizi&Tal’s client and remains employed for 90 consecutive days starting from their date of hire. No bonus is payable if the employment is terminated for any reason during this 90 days period.
The offer is not open to a referred candidate who is already known to or registered with Lizi&Tal at the time of the referral.
There are no limits to the number of referrals that can be made
Information supplied will only be used in accordance with this scheme and not passed to any third parties.
Lizi&Tal reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw the "Refer a Friend" scheme at any time and without notice.
Lizi&Tal shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may result from entering the "Refer a Friend" scheme.
All information received by Lizi&Tal is taken in good faith and on the understanding from the person referring that they are authorized to pass the information which will be free from any intellectual property or other claims.
The referral scheme is open until 31st December 2019.
The bonus is paid as a gross payment and will be paid by cheque or bank transfer. The recipient accepts any tax liability and agrees to pay any tax arising from receiving the bonus payment.
